Concept designs for ACT 5's tower levels. I was planning to make the staircase more ambitious - there was no need for it being so elaborate, but that was the joke I wanted to get across. Also a dragon form for the wizard's boss fight.

HACK n' SLASH ( ACT 2 BACKGROUNDS ) 
Here are the final backgrounds for ACT 2. It was around this time when I began exploring and putting visual illusions in the game. The MAGIC GATE is my homage to Richard William's "The Thief and the Cobbler" and before that, the 1924 film; "The Thief of Bagdad".
